We ship world-wide. A majority of our orders are processed within 3-4 business days with the exception of new releases, sales and holidays. Shipping costs are measured by weight/size, mailing location and shipping urgency. There are no mark-ups to shipping. There are three shipping levels: Standard (10 business days), Expedited (4 business days), and 2-Day (2 business days). Two-day and expedited shipping may not be available during peak times. Orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to control how the product is handled by the carrier. If the order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can do our due diligence to resolve the issue. Always verify the shipping address prior to checkout. In addition, if you pay by PayPal please note that orders will not ship until PayPal verifies that the payment is cleared. This often adds additional processing time to any orders placed through PayPal. Orders typically ship 3-4 days after orders are placed. Any delays will be notified to the buyer.

International orders have extended shipping time and can take 6-8 weeks or longer. Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the product price or shipping of the item. Added international fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Check with the country’s customs office to to find the additional costs prior to purchasing. Typically ships with 3-4 days of order placed. Delays will be notified.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will accept returns on unopened items within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item(s) are received your refund will be processed within one billing cycle. Please include original invoice with your return. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
